Fenix PD36R PRO Torchlight has an assortment of different features, including a detachable tail cap allowing use of a pressure switch. The max output of 2800 Lumens and 36,600 candela on the turbo setting casts a beam distance of 1250 feet. The PD36R PRO brings a 75% upgrade in lumens from the previous PD36R model and adds the dual tail cap switches. Instead of turning the flashlight with tail switch and adjusting the outputs with the side switch, you now have access to both power and brightness on the tail cap in a perfect grip. This upgrade also gives access to a true-instant Flash. If the light is off, pressing the output selection switch will instantly begin flash and it will remain on while you hold down the button. Perfect to quickly disorient someone.
The PD36R Pro includes the ARB-L21-5000 V2.0 rechargeable 5000mAh 21700 battery which can be recharged directly without an external charger by using the onboard USB-C charging port! You can also use 18650 batteries with the ALF-18 battery adapter.
The light is only 5.74 inches in length and 1.04 inches in diameter and weights just under 6 oz. Made with a high-strength aluminum, this powerful flashlight can handle the elements and drops of 1.5 meters on all sides. To protect all that functionality, the Fenix PD36R Pro has been IP68 waterproof rated, allowing it to withstand being underwater at least 6.5 feet for 30 minutes.
