Cancellations And Returns

100% refund will be issued if the order is cancelled before the item is packed and shipped.
Order modification or cancellation requests can be accepted any time before dispatch.
Once the shipment has left our warehouse for delivery, the order cannot be cancelled.

Returns are accepted only for products that are defective or damaged during transit.
All credit card and net banking transactions will be refunded through the original payment method.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after the returned product is received and approved by our warehouse team.
All returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging, with all labels and tags intact.
Items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
All returned goods will undergo inspection upon receipt.
Please allow up to 15 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
In the unlikely event that a replacement cannot be provided, we will automatically initiate a refund and notify you via email.
